    Die vier Ghostbusters Toni, Antonia, Michi und Rüdiger werden gerufen um eine Mysteriöse Villa von mutmaßlichen Geistern zu befreien. Doch als sie der Sache auf den Grund gehen stellen sie fest, dass das keine Geister sind, was die Villa aufsuchen. Wer oder was ist für den ganzen Zirkus in der Villa verantwortlich?
